Archdiocese of Santa Fe

The archdiocese of Santa Fe needed a functional design for their web site that facilitated better navigation, XHTML compatibility, and incorporated the latest diocese-wide artwork and slogans. The site also needed to be updated by HTML novices with minimal training. Kreotek developed a design scheme, and then worked with the archdicocese web staff by instructiong on how to use modern XHTML and CSS functionality to clean up old pages.

Rival Tattoo Art

Rival Tattoo Art Studio's needed to re-brand their on line presence. The new site was designed to be maintained by Rival themselves, with minimal HTML and no javascript knowledge. A simple Javascript gallery was implemented that was simple to maintain, and obscured the large images from being saved.

Brandes Portraiture is a photography studio was looking to utilize phpBMS to help manage not only clients and orders, but to help organize their work process with reminders. We customized phpBMS to better fit their business process by modifying the layout of some key screens, implementing an order status and categorization system that would allow them to automatically e-mail clients and sales person on key status upgrades during the lifetime of the order.

We implemented a custom invoice, and custom order reports to accurately track past orders status lifetimes. Kreotek provided the initial installation setup of the system on their internal network.

hireachef.com is the United States Personal Chef Association's web site for finding and contacting personal chefs in your local area. Kreotek re-designed the site for ease of use, and replaced an un-modifiable CGI application used for the search algorithm with an easy to update and more accurate php/MySQL based solution. The new search algorithm accurately computes distances and uses a complex sorting procedure to assure accurate results.

Edit House Productions is an established video production and media placement company in the greater Albuquerque area. To establish a presence on the web, they needed a site that gave video examples of their work as well as give existing clients the ability to preview work in progress. They also wanted key areas of the site to be administratively modifiable (news, commercial example videos).

Using existing material as well as tapping into the great video shooting eye of edit house production staff, Kreotek implemented a design that maintained consistency overall look.

We also implemented and administration area where Edit House Staff could update key areas of the site with no need of HTML knowledge.

The United States Personal Chef Association holds annual conferences with over 400+ participants. The conferences include, classes, lectures, speeches and dinner events.

Kreotek implemented a conference web site where participants can confirm their registration, view the conference schedule, sign up for classes to create their personalized schedule, and view past conference information.

Heavily modifying a base phpBMS installation, we implemented a registration, and class scheduling system, as well as a content management system where administration staff can modify almost any part of the public site including, hotel, and site seeing information.

Several key PDF generated report helps the USPCA process badge printing, individualized schedule print out for the participants as well as roster lists for the classes.

For the initial launch of the company, the Culinary Business Academy wanted a site that would help establish the company as the premier source for business training in the culinary field. In addition to offering classes and training systems online, the site also had to inform customers of training class schedules and locations.

Working with a local artist, the design concept integrated commissioned water color paintings throughout the site while still maintaining a professional academic feel. Kreotek also programmed a custom e-commerce ordering system that addressed the unique demands of culinary business training and a database-driven class scheduling system.

The USPCA has a prominent presence on the internet. Because of the sheer volume of information of the client's site and the multiple focuses it must serve, navigation and organization was key to their redesign.

After re-defining the main focus of the site, a design was created that maintained a high level professional look and implemented an easy to use navigation system to access all aspects of the site. Custom icons were created exclusively for the USPCA site. A database driven news item and what's new areas were integrated so that the client can update the site with no HTML knowledge at their discretion. A custom web traffic analysis system also help track user visits to the site.
